Richard Kalson will present “Substance Abuse in the Construction Workplace in a New Age of Legislation” at the ADSC Mid-Atlantic Chapter Spring Meeting. Rick will address the rapidly evolving state laws regarding the legal use of drugs for medicinal and recreational purposes. He will also discuss what constitutes inappropriate, unacceptable, and illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
